Founded by Edirin and Oke Obahor, Smoke & Jollof is the culmination of a lifelong passion for heritage and fire.

Edirin, with roots deep in the culinary traditions of Nigeria, and Oke, a specialist in the patient art of Texas low-and-slow smoking, realized that the bold spices of West Africa and the smoky soul of Texas were meant to be together.

What began as backyard gatherings for friends in the DFW Metroplex has grown into a premium catering experience. Every dish we serve is a testament to the belief that the best food is cooked slow, seasoned with love, and shared with community.
